From the flared jean that is giving the skinny a run for its money – especially as consumers seek more forgiving styles to suit their post-pandemic bodies – to chubby furs and skins in russet tones and golden yellows. Despite it being the decade that brought us disco, next season the look will be more dressed-down daytime via Upper East-side affluence, but platforms will still feature as the footwear of choice.
