Marco Felci to lead Tod’s Group operations in the Americas after leadership transition
Tod’s Group has announced the appointment of Marco Felci as Chief Executive Officer, Americas.
Felci steps into the role following the departure of Roberto Lorenzini, who is exiting by mutual agreement with the Della Valle family, the owners of the Italian luxury group.

Felci’s previous position was executive vice president, commercial at Dolce & Gabbana. Across his more than two decades of experience in the fashion and luxury sector, Felci has focused extensively on the American market.
His professional background includes working at Hermès in Italy at the start of his career. He later transitioned to the United States, where he held senior positions at Loro Piana, Lanvin, and Versace. Felci most recently served as CEO Americas at Etro before joining Tod’s Group.
“I am truly honored to join Tod’s Group, a company that represents Italian excellence and craftsmanship worldwide,” Felci said in a statement. “I look forward to working closely with the team to further strengthen the Group’s presence and growth in the Americas, building on the strong foundation already in place.”
Lorenzini began his tenure at Tod’s Group in January 2012. He managed the Tod’s, Roger Vivier, and Fay brands, succeeding Marco Giacometti, who became global manager of e-commerce for the company.
According to the most recent financial data available before Tod’s Group delisted from the Italian Stock Exchange, 2023 revenues in the Americas totaled 85 million euros, marking a 3.5 percent increase from 2022. This accounted for 7.6 percent of the group’s total sales, which reached 1.12 billion euros.
In September of the previous year, John Galantic, former president and chief operating officer of Chanel Inc., was appointed CEO of Tod’s Group. Diego Della Valle, who had previously served in this leadership role, remains chairman, with his brother Andrea serving as vice chairman.
