Valentina Lucaj Named Brand President of Rag & Bone

Valentina Lucaj has been appointed Brand President of Rag & Bone, a newly established role that underscores the New York label’s ambitions to accelerate growth and strengthen its global presence.

Lucaj joins the company after holding senior roles at Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, and Fendi. In her new position, she will oversee marketing, merchandising, and commercial strategy, with a focus on expanding Rag & Bone’s wholesale and direct-to-consumer businesses, international presence, and product categories. Beyond her extensive experience, Lucaj’s leadership style and cultural fit were important factors in the appointment, with her energy and curiosity aligning closely with the team’s vision for the brand.

The hire comes as Rag & Bone looks to deepen its global reach and create a more consistent brand experience across retail, digital, and marketing channels. The company currently operates 54 stores in the United States and 13 internationally, while just 12% of its business originates outside the domestic market, highlighting significant opportunities for growth abroad and making international expansion a key priority.
