Zara And Ader Error Team Up To Launch AZ Collection

Alder Error-x-Zara Lookbook

Zara Collaborates With South Korean Label Ader Error For Digital-Inspired Collection

Zara has teamed up with the South Korean fashion brand Ader Error to launch AZ Collection, a project that sees the two brands seek to reflect on the ability of language to express ideas, give rise to other ways of thinking, and create new cultures.

The collection is characterized by oversized puffer coats accompanied by long scarves and woolen hats are the focus of a wider collection that includes sweaters, T-shirts, jeans, and sneakers. Combining technical aspects and thoughtfully designed details – like the custom logo work – with a playful and fun character, the collection is completed with knitwear, a varsity jacket with a twist, and accessories like crossbody bags, backpacks, glasses, and hats.

The forward-thinking approach to the collaboration is most present in its lookbook and campaign imagery, which feature full 3D scans of ten models modeling the collection in a futuristic virtual setting.

The AZ Collection is available online and at selected stores in South Korea, Spain, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, France, Italy, the United States, China, and Japan starting December 6th.

The collaboration will also be extended into the virtual world through its presence on Zepeto, on online virtual-reality social platform. Users of the application will be able to purchase clothes and virtual make-up for their avatar in the Ader Error x Zara store.
