Zara SRPLS Launches Spring 2024 Collection

The New Collection Seeks to Push the Boundaries of Utilitarian Style

Zara has launched its latest SRPLS collection, bringing an unexpectedly colorful and flexible spirit to a range of utilitarian garments for the Spring Summer 2024 season.

Akin to Zara’s Studio collection, SRPLS is a biannual offering for women, men, and children, but focuses on flexible wardrobe staples inspired by a utilitarian spirit. For this season, SRPLS returns with collection of meticulously designed apparel with the goal to upgrade its utilitarian core to present the wearer with functionality, comfort, and ease.

The womenswear highlights the versatility of SRPLS – skirts, shirts, knitwear, jackets, and more featuring strappings, zippers, and buttons allow the wearer to customize their own silhouette. The styles in colorways such as khaki and olive stretch the conventional spectrum, and fabrics such as poplin cottons and matte poly-crepes encourages repeated use and wearability.

The menswear presents a distinctly off-duty emphasis with prints such as tie-dye, photoprint camo, and abstract florals across styles like a short-sleeved zipped jacket and tonal shirting. As with the to womenswear, the color scheme of utility wear is pushed in new directions with colorways like chocolate and buttercup yellow.

The campaign imagery for the launch was captured by photographer Craig McDean, with creative direction and styling by Karl Templer.
