Amiri Opens First Flagship On Rodeo Drive

Amiri announces the opening of its first flagship store, situated on Los Angeles’ Rodeo Drive.

Realized by CEO and Creative Director Mike Amiri, the new retail concept illustrates a landmark moment in his global vision: kickstarting Amiri’s international retail expansion.

Set across a single level, at 2,223 square feet, the flagship is a natural evolution of the brand’s savoir-faire and relaxed expression of modern luxury.

Here, the interior becomes a gallery-like space characterized by a minimal and curated layout, cast in relaxed offwhite and cream hues. Housing Amiri’s collections, deeper accents punctuate the space through custom millwork displays crafted from solid walnut wood and accented with Calcatta Viola marble sourced from Belgium. Natural lighting establishes a harmonious relationship with the LA skies while custom Paloma limestone planters holding palm and banana leaf trees bring native flora inside.

Mirroring Amiri’s collections, art and design play a crucial role in the design. Specially curated by Mike, European mid-century furniture inhabits the floor space, with Pierre Jeanneret Caned Armchairs joining a 60s Danish sofa by Poul Jensen and a 60s Poul M Volther Daybed reupholstered in French boucle, a key AW20 textile for Amiri. Elsewhere, a custom-made walnut and Calcatta Viola marble foosball crafted exclusively for Amiri is on display in-store and will also be available to purchase. Site-specific artworks are another key component, with Fellow Traveler of Awareness by LA artist Wes Lang greeting visitors upon arrival: Lang’s vibrant meditation and tribute to creators and explorers.

The LA flagship will house the entire range of Amiri products including menswear, womenswear, and accessories. Providing customers with a curated experience, the store will stock a special collaboration with the City of Beverly Hills that begins an ever-evolving selection of collectible specialty pieces and collaborations available exclusively in Amiri’s Rodeo Drive flagship.

Located at 461 N. Rodeo Dr. Beverly Hills, CA 90210, Amiri’s Rodeo Drive store officially opens on Saturday.
