British Fashion Council Reveals the Winners of the Fashion Awards 2023

The British Fashion Council (BFC) has announced the winners of The Fashion Awards 2023, presented by Pandora. The event, hosted by Maya Jama and Kojey Radical, celebrated the intersection of fashion, culture, and entertainment. An international panel of over 1000 industry experts selected 16 award winners, showcasing global fashion achievements.

Highlights included a tribute to Valentino Garavani for his outstanding contribution to fashion, marked by an iconic red dress fashion show and a ballet performance. The ceremony also honored the late Dame Vivienne Westwood and Joe Casely-Hayford with special recognitions for their contributions to fashion and culture.

The evening celebrated the NEW WAVE: Creatives cohort, featuring 50 innovative young talents worldwide. Winners received unique trophies designed by stylist Julie Liu and World of Glass. The event, encapsulating fashion’s vibrant spirit, honored the industry’s past and present, paving the way for future creativity and innovation.
