Calvin Klein taps superstar Thai actor and singer Bright to embody the laidback cool of its latest denim collection. The campaign was created in collaboration with director AJ Duan and photographer Park Jong Ha.
Exuding heartthrob, main-character energy, Bright is captured before saturated blue and white backdrops, which create a simple yet graphic and direct visual impact. His confident and nonchalant attitude is quietly supported by the styling, which opts for updates on classic wardrobe staples with a nostalgic 90s vibe.
The campaign makes smart use of Calvin Klein’s minimal and classic visual language, while confidently letting the casting of an international megastar cutie do most of the work. The CK formula succeeds once again.
