Winter 2024 Ad Campaign

Review of Kith Winter 2024 Ad Campaign by Creative Director Ronnie Fieg with Talent Ken Watanabe

For its Winter 2024 campaign, Kith continues its smart practice of enlisting unexpected yet iconic actors to embody its celebration of luxury in the simple life, this time around tapping Ken Watanabe.

Serene and reflective, the short film draws inspiration from Japanese slice-of-life cinema along the lines of legendary director Yasujirō Ozu. Watanabe returns home to a gorgeous house in Tokyo after a long journey, and spends quiet time enjoying the simple pleasures of solitary pursuits, whether it’s bonsai, reading in the garden, or drinking tea.

The impressive cultural reach of Kith only continues to grow. Each carefully contrived new campaign chapter fronted by another impressive leading man (past outings have included Martin Scorsese, Wesley Snipes, and Bryan Cranston, to name just a few) expands the brand’s creative clout and further solidifies it as the film bro’s favorite label. It’s especially impressive that these campaigns release at the fast pace of every other month or so, making sure Kith is always at the forefront of the digital conversation.
