The Move Aims to Consolidate the Brand’s Digital Strategy as Part of Its Restructuring
Gucci has appointed Daniela Raganato as its new global media director, effective immediately. Raganato will report to Marcello Mastrogiacomo, who was recently named VP of digital marketing and media, as Gucci works to consolidate its media strategy under deputy CEO Stefano Cantino’s leadership.
With 17 years of experience in global marketing, Raganato joins Gucci from Valentino, where she served as director of media and integrated marketing. At Valentino, she expanded her expertise in product marketing, commercial strategy, and media planning. Raganato’s earlier career included roles at BMW Italy and within communication agencies such as Bitmama Reply and LBI.
“In her new role, she will be pivotal in developing a cohesive global media plan, leveraging data-driven insights and digital optimization to ensure Gucci’s continued relevance in the industry,” a source close to Gucci’s operations noted. Her addition underscores Cantino’s strategy to build a robust, data-oriented team to advance Gucci’s brand reach in a rapidly evolving luxury market.
