ANDAM Prize Unveils 2026 Jury

The 37th Edition Brings Together A Cross-Industry Collective Of Creatives And Executives To Shape The Future Of Emerging Fashion

ANDAM has announced the jury for its 37th edition, assembling a wide-ranging group of industry leaders, creatives, and cultural voices to guide one of fashion’s most influential platforms for emerging talent. The 2026 jury will be presided over by Alexandre Mattiussi, founder of AMI Paris, who also serves as mentor to this year’s Grand Prize.

Revealed by ANDAM president Guillaume Houzé and founder and managing director Nathalie Dufour, the jury reflects the organization’s longstanding model of combining institutional support, private sector backing, and creative expertise. Drawing from partners including the French Ministry of Culture and DEFI, the selection brings together international figures tasked with evaluating candidates not only on creativity, but on their ability to build sustainable businesses.

Among the guest members joining the 2026 jury are designer Burç Akyol, model Jeanne Cadieu, writer and critic Sophie Fontanel, and Inès de la Fressange, alongside creative duo Lolita Jacobs and Jean-Baptiste Talbourdet-Napoleone, artist Théo Mercier, industry advisor Jean-Jacques Picart, and AMI Paris CEO Nicolas Santi-Weil.  These voices complement a core group of permanent members that includes executives from across the luxury and fashion ecosystem, from Saint Laurent CEO Cédric Charbit and Balenciaga CEO Gianfranco Gianangeli to Chanel’s Bruno Pavlovsky, Hermès’ Guillaume de Seynes, Kering’s Laurent Claquin, and OTB Group chairman Renzo Rosso.

The composition underscores ANDAM’s dual focus on creative innovation and business rigor, a balance that has defined the prize since its founding in 1989. This year, the organization will award a total of €700,000 across five emerging companies, offering both financial support and long-term mentorship to help scale their operations in France and internationally.

Finalists for the 2026 edition will be announced at the end of May, before presenting their work to the jury on July 1 at the French Ministry of Culture. Winners will be selected based on both creative vision and business strategy, reinforcing ANDAM’s role as a bridge between emerging design talent and the realities of the global fashion market.
