PVH Expands Jonathan Bottomley’s Role Across Consumer and Brand Strategy

The Calvin Klein Marketing Executive Will Lead Global Consumer Insights And Data Strategy Across Calvin Klein And Tommy Hilfiger

PVH Corp. is further reshaping its executive leadership structure, expanding the responsibilities of Jonathan Bottomley, Global Chief Marketing Officer of Calvin Klein, who will now also serve as Executive Vice President, Group Consumer and Brand Strategy at PVH.

In the newly expanded role, Bottomley will oversee efforts to strengthen and scale the company’s global consumer capabilities, including insights and data, with a focus on deepening engagement across PVH’s core consumer segments for both Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.

Bottomley will report directly to Stefan Larsson, Chief Executive Officer of PVH.

The appointment broadens Bottomley’s influence beyond Calvin Klein at a time when PVH continues to sharpen its focus on consumer-driven growth strategies under its multiyear PVH+ transformation plan.

“Adelyn and Jonathan are both seasoned leaders who have been key drivers of the multiyear PVH+ Plan transformation,” said Larsson. “They combine a strong brand and consumer understanding with sharp commercial instincts and in their new and expanded roles will continue to drive momentum across the business.”

PVH said Bottomley’s expanded mandate is designed to accelerate the company’s capabilities around consumer understanding, data integration, and brand strategy as it seeks to strengthen relevance with younger and increasingly digitally engaged audiences.

A veteran marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience, Bottomley has played a central role in Calvin Klein’s recent brand repositioning efforts, helping connect cultural visibility and creative storytelling with commercial performance. During his tenure as Global Chief Marketing Officer, the brand has intensified its focus on next-generation consumers through celebrity campaigns, digital activations, and broader cultural alignment strategies.

The leadership expansion comes alongside PVH’s appointment of Adelyn Cheong as Chief Executive Officer of PVH Americas, part of a broader executive reshuffling across the company’s regional and global operations.
