Former Chloé executive will oversee the brand’s retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations across a key growth region
Manolo Blahnik has named Kimberly Mimnaugh as managing director for the Americas, introducing an experienced luxury retail executive to continue expanding its commercial presence. Mimnaugh’s primary responsibility is the delivery and execution of the brand’s commercial strategy across the region, as well as serving as the U.S. brand ambassador to nurture both the label’s culture and values.

Kimberly Mimnaugh arrives at the footwear house from Chloé, where she served as vice president of North America retail. In this position, she led retail operations, merchandise buying, and store planning while supporting the brand’s continued investment in direct retail. Before Chloé, Mimnaugh held the role of senior vice president of North America retail at both Theory and Helmut Lang, as well as managing director of North America at Brunello Cucinelli. Her extensive experience in luxury retail growth, controlled distribution, and operations positions her to transition seamlessly into her new role at Manolo Blahnik.
The appointment reflects Manolo Blahnik’s emphasis on strengthening its regional leadership as it continues to balance direct-to-consumer expansion with longstanding wholesale partnerships. CEO Kristina Blahnik has tasked Mimnaugh with leading the brand’s next phase of growth in the Americas, at a time when the success of luxury commercialization depends on unifying retail, wholesale, and digital operations.
As Manolo Blahnik continues to invest in its global retail footprint, the Americas remains one of its most promising markets. Mimnaugh’s appointment reinforces the brand’s focus on utilizing experienced commercial leadership to support sustainable growth, refine omnichannel strategies, and strengthen regional operations.
