Renowned business leader Angela Ahrendts has assumed the role of senior operating advisor at SKYY Partners, a dynamic private equity firm co-founded by Kim Kardashian and Jay Sammons. SKYY Partners specializes in controlling and minority investments in high-growth consumer and media enterprises across various sectors, including fashion, luxury, food and beverage, health and wellness, beauty, personal care, and leisure.
Ahrendts brings a wealth of expertise to SKYY Partners. She recently served as Senior Vice President of Apple Retail, where she spearheaded a groundbreaking transformation of Apple’s retail experience, impacting over 70,000 employees globally. Before this role, Ahrendts spent nearly nine years as the CEO of Burberry Group plc, during which she not only tripled the business’s performance but also quadrupled its share price. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, she was honored as an honorary dame commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire and held a seat on the U.K.’s Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Council.
