Bottega Veneta celebrates the launch of its summer pop-ups with a uniquely intimate accessories campaign.
For the summer, the house is opening seven pop-up stores in vacation destinations around the Mediterranean: Portofino, Saint Tropez, Capri, Forte dei Marmi, Mykonos, Marbella, and Puerto Banus.
The accompanying campaign takes an intimate and detailed approach to capturing some of the house’s signature accessories. Against recognizably relaxing summer-vacation backdrops, the accessories – and the bodies that wear them – are captured from an almost voyeuristic perspective. A rich and sensuous interplay of texture arises as we see bags, bodies, skin, and shoes from close-up and unexpected angles.
Marrying the house’s legacy of excellent Italian craftsmanship with a subtle yet palpably present sense of decadent sensuality, the campaign is a focused and luxuriant way to welcome the arrival of summer.
