Review of Chylak Summer 2023 Ad Campaign by Creative Director Zofia Chylak with Photographer Ina Lekiewicz Levy
Chylak has released their Summer 2023 collection and ad campaign. The collection’s central motif is a new, sculptural closure formed by two irregular oblong stones. Their organic shape is reminiscent of the smooth pebbles that Zofia foraged for as a child with her father on the beaches of the Baltic coast. Shot by Ina Lekiewicz, the campaign is another sentimental journey to a key place of Zofia’s childhood — her mother’s beloved Polish seaside.
“The local beaches, piers, fisherman and their cutters became the setting for the collection, which also includes distinctive patchwork patterns and models from previous collections in new leathers, including my favorite “Seashell” handbags, obligatory in this seaside context,” – Zofia Chylak.
