Dolce & Gabbana Receives Made in Italy Sustainability Award

The Brand Was Honored at the Phygital Sustainability Expo for Its Efforts in Sustainability and Preservation

Dolce & Gabbana has been honored with the 2024 Made in Italy Sustainable Award for Italian Heritage at the Phygital Sustainability Expo, held at the Mercati di Traiano – Museo dei Fori Imperiali in Rome. The award, presented on June 5th by Minister Urso, acknowledges the brand’s efforts in sustainability and its commitment to preserving Italy’s rich artistic and cultural heritage and craftsmanship traditions on a global scale.

Organized by the European States General on Sustainability and established by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, the award was curated by Valeria Mangani’s Fashion Sustainable Innovation Society. It celebrates Italian brands that incorporate sustainable practices in their operations. Fedele Usai, General Manager of Dolce & Gabbana, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
