The Danish fashion brand makes a strategic move to Paris Fashion Week, marking a new chapter in its global expansion
Ganni, the popular Danish fashion brand known for its stylish dresses and cowboy boots, is set to make its debut at Paris Fashion Week on September 27, showcasing its Spring 2025 collection. After two seasons at Copenhagen Fashion Week, the brand is transitioning to the Paris calendar as part of its global expansion strategy.
Laura du Rusquec, Ganni’s CEO who joined the company from Balenciaga in April, described the move to Paris as a natural evolution for the brand. “Paris offers an unparalleled global platform, and we are excited to present our Spring 2025 collection while continuing our commitment to responsibility in the fashion industry,” she said.
While Ganni has skipped Copenhagen Fashion Week, the brand continues to support local talent in Denmark financially, signaling its ongoing dedication to its roots while aiming for a broader, high-end market presence through Paris Fashion Week.
The leadership transition at Ganni, with Laura du Rusquec taking over from Andrea Baldo, reflects the brand’s ambition to build on its strong foundation and drive global growth, with Paris Fashion Week serving as a key milestone in this journey.
