KCD Announces Key Leadership Appointments to Global Creative Group Adrien Giraux to join as EVP and Gretchen Vater as Managing Director
KCD is pleased to announce Adrien Giraux as EVP and Gretchen Vater as Managing Director of KCD’s Global Creative Group. In these newly created roles, Giraux and Vater will lead KCD’s Production, Design and Fashion Services teams in all offices. They will collaborate with the agency partners and Chairman Julie Mannion to identify new business and international growth opportunities.

Giraux will develop and implement the agency’s creative and design vision. He brings extensive design experience in experiential and stage event productions, interiors and scenography as well as film-based art and production projects. He most recently served as Founder and Managing Partner of White Screen Studio leading a 360° approach to high-impact design where he collaborated with brands such as Fondation Cartier, Palais de Tokyo Museum, Google, Apple, New York Times, Adidas, Prada, Louboutin and YSL. Prior to this, Giraux worked at leading production agencies including Matte Projects, Bureau Betak and Mazarine, La Mode en Image.
As Managing Director, Vater will guide the Creative Group’s strategy and operations as well as design execution and production with a collaborative team of both internal and external entities. Vater brings a strong reputation as a results-driven leader most recently as founder of The Vater Group. Vater’s history of partnering with luxury brands and talents to produce innovative work while driving brand message and image includes prior experience at Bureau Betak, V Agency and The Wall Group.
