Louis Vuitton Launches LV Crayon by Pat McGrath

Louis Vuitton Launches LV Crayon by Pat McGrath

The new lip liner introduces 10 shades, sculptural packaging, and a collection of beauty accessories to the Maison’s growing cosmetics universe

Louis Vuitton has expanded its La Beauté universe with the launch of LV Crayon, the Maison’s first lip liner designed under the creative direction of Dame Pat McGrath. Conceived as an extension of the beauty line introduced earlier this year, the new product draws on McGrath’s decades of backstage artistry for Louis Vuitton, translating the precision techniques developed on the runway into an everyday beauty essential.

Available in 10 shades ranging from understated nudes and rosewoods to signature reds, LV Crayon is designed to be paired with the Maison’s LV Rouge lipsticks and LV Baume lip balms. The formula combines a creamy, peptide-infused texture with long-wearing performance, offering up to 24 hours of hydration and plumping alongside all-day wear and color fidelity.

The product’s design reflects Louis Vuitton’s emphasis on craftsmanship. Created in collaboration with industrial designer Konstantin Grcic, the lip liner features a monogram flower-shaped pencil for enhanced precision, a matte black wooden body with an ombré finish that reveals each shade, and a gold Monogram Flower cap inspired by the House’s iconic hardware. Louis Vuitton is also introducing a range of complementary accessories, including a lip blending brush, a collectible beauty sharpener, a beauty pouch, and a Monogram canvas case designed to house the complete collection.

The launch further establishes La Beauté Louis Vuitton as a long-term expansion of the Maison’s lifestyle offering. Guided by McGrath’s creative vision, the collection continues to merge high-performance cosmetics with luxury craftsmanship, reinforcing Louis Vuitton’s ambition to position beauty alongside its established worlds of fashion, leather goods, and travel.
