Olivier Massart

Show Producer

Olivier Massart founded La Mode en Images, an events-management company based in Paris which launched in 1981 and produces fashion and art exhibitions. Its clients include people like Alexander McQueen, Valentino, Vetements, Cartier and Louis Vuitton. Recently, La Mode en Images produced the set and show for Valentino Haute Couture Autumn/Winter 2019, the shows for Rick Owens and Alexander McQueen for Spring/Summer 2019 men’s ready-to-wear, and Virgil Abloh’s highly anticipated show for Louis Vuitton Men Spring/Summer 2019.

Since the 80s, La Mode en Images has marketed themselves as the premier luxury event planners, and now they boast a stunning 7,500 total events. Beyond the world of fashion, the company produces events related to wine and spirits, and sporting events. Both the Rugby World Cup opening ceremony in 2007 and the FIFA World Cup inspired Yves Saint Laurent show in 1998 were their doing.

Massart and his wife Patrizia opened The Domaine des Andéols hotel in Provence. The hotel is filled with 20 years’ worth of the Massarts’ accumulated paintings, photographs and furniture, and is a space dedicated to artists, designers, friends and creatives.
