Chloé Unveils Store Redesigns at its Bal Harbour, Wynn, and Saks Fifth Avenue Locations

The Chloé boutiques at Florida’s Bal Harbour, Wynn Las Vegas and Saks Fifth Avenue in New York have undergone an extensive redesign. The architecture and design of these Chloé boutiques draw on the Maison’s commitment to craftsmanship and use of lower-impact materials – embodying the purpose-driven vision of Chloé and its Creative Director Gabriela Hearst while establishing an authentic and immersive retail experience for clients.

Gaby Aghion established Chloé in 1952 with the raison d’être of offering luxury ready-to-wear that is expertly crafted from quality materials and fine details – the stores’ natural, tactile materials including stone, linen, cane paneling, wood, natural fibers build on Aghion’s design principles. At both Bal Harbour and Wynn these personal touches extend into the service with teams dedicated to curating high-end experiences within their private suites.

Bal Harbour occupies a total area of 227 square meters and Wynn 100 square meters, while Saks Fifth Avenue New York has a combined 64 square meters of retail presence between ready-to-wear and accessories.

As one of the first luxury Maison to receive B Corp certification, reducing environmental impact is the guiding principle in all Chloé store redesigns, from the lifespan of materials and the recycling of existing materials to energy efficiency.

The Pre-Fall and Spring 2023 Collections, which are currently on display, sit in harmony with their surroundings with their Circular Denim pieces, fusion energy-inspired designs and jewelry set with natural gemstones. On average, lower-impact materials account for 60% of the Ready-to-Wear product offer.
