Collaboration introduces 33-piece digital invitation collection for summer events
Emilia Wickstead marked the launch of her new collaboration with Paperless Post on June 4 with an intimate dinner held in a private room at Le Veau d’Or in New York. The event was co-hosted by Paperless Post founders James and Alexa Hirschfeld alongside Wickstead.
The gathering celebrated the debut of the Emilia Wickstead for Paperless Post digital stationery collection, now available at PaperlessPost.com. Designed to reflect Wickstead’s signature aesthetic, the 33-piece set includes digital invitations, liners, and backdrops created for summer events such as weddings, baby showers, and garden parties.
Guests dined at a long table set with a custom tablecloth designed by Wickstead, while printed menus featured invitation designs from the collection. A family-style French meal was served as attendees previewed the new line.
Notable attendees included actress Trew Mullen, currently appearing in Blink Twice and the upcoming film The Moment, along with Sabine Getty, Derek Blasberg, Leandra Medine, Tina Leung, Angelica Hicks, Daria Strokous, Isabella Boylston, Jalil Johnson, Jessica Joffe, Sarah Hoover, Margot Lee, Chrissy Rutherford, Maddie O’Malley, Jane Keltner de Valle, Liz Kurpis, Elisa Lipsky Karasz, Jess Wilis, Lynette Nylander, and Kevin Huynh.
The digital invitation collection features design elements tied closely to Wickstead’s work, including floral motifs, color palettes inspired by seasonal events, and textured detailing that mimics hand-crafted stationery. Each piece is based on Wickstead’s personal inspirations, including British summer garden parties and weddings in Italy.
Wickstead, a longtime admirer and collector of fine stationery, worked closely with the Paperless Post team to ensure the collection reflects her appreciation for traditional paper design while adapting it for digital use.
