La Table Alaïa Culinary Series Kicks Off in Paris with a Special Dinner Co-Curated by Pieter Mulier and Chef Jules de Saint Cyr
Alaïa is blending fashion, food, and hospitality with the latest chapter of its Dialogue project. La Table Alaïa will take shape as a series of intimate dinners that continue the Maison’s rich tradition of bringing people together. Known for his legendary gatherings, Azzedine Alaïa’s legacy lives on with Creative Director Pieter Mulier, who has embraced and reinvented the brand’s spirit of conviviality. This new series is held in collaboration with We Are Ona, a creative agency focused on creating unique culinary experiences, and will be hosted across various global cities.
The inaugural event will take place on October 15 at the Alaïa flagship store in Paris, located at 5 rue de Marignan. Mulier will host this first dinner alongside Chef Jules de Saint Cyr, marking a special occasion to welcome guests into Alaïa’s world. Each dinner will be unique, featuring a blend of culinary tastes from the host and the creative flair of a renowned chef, representing the concept of dialogues that reflect the essence of Alaïa’s heritage.
“On October 15th, Chef Jules de Saint Cyr and the Maison’s Creative Director, Pieter Mulier, will host the inaugural Parisian dinner of La Table Alaïa by We Are Ona,” Alaïa stated in a release. “This intimate evening, where Mulier and de Saint Cyr will collaborate on a signature menu, celebrates the essence of gathering friends of Alaïa from different backgrounds around a table, fostering discussions and connections—the very spirit of the Maison.”
Following this exclusive first night, the public will have the opportunity to join La Table Alaïa on October 16 and 17, with reservations available for 30 guests per evening. Each dinner will be set with custom-made furniture and tableware, designed to travel with the series as it makes its way around the world. The dining experience will be infused with Alaïa’s signature aesthetic, offering guests a taste of the brand’s legendary attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere.
The second in Alaïa’s ongoing Dialogue series initiated by the Mulier, this special culinary project follows up on the project’s first collaborative chapter, which featured a special photographic partnership between the house, photographer Sam Rock, and dancers from Paris’ iconic Crazy Horse cabaret.
