Balenciaga builds further on its ongoing Multi-Phase campaign by photographer Stef Mitchell with a new set of portraits featuring Kim Kardashian.

Kardashian is no stranger to the Balenciaga label, as she posed alongside talent Justin Bieber in the initial multi-phase campaign that launched in February.

Now multi-media talent Kim Kardashian is the latest to appear in Mitchell’s intimate and candid portraits, posing in a candy-colored look before an ambiguous white light-filled space. 

Kardashian poses with Machiavellian dignity as she carefully handles her phone, which has become an emblematic tool in building and developing her culture and celebrity. Kardashian conveys power and strength, which sets her apart from the pack. Her careful glances remind us that she remains the ultimate influencer and stays poised and in control, even (or perhaps especially) in heels.

We look forward to seeing more of this multi-phase campaign, and we’re sure we aren’t alone. The timeline of the campaign permits Balenciaga to keep its work in the public eye longer and generate more interest and curiosity as to who their next face will be.
