The Best Co-Ed Fashion Ad Campaigns of 2023

Economic uncertainty, a fear of risk-taking, and the relatively more affordable and arguably more impactful avenue of digital marketing made 2023 definitely not one of the strongest years for traditional fashion campaigns.

Nonetheless, we still saw some great campaigns as creative directors and their collaborators continued to push forward on what brand identity and fashion image-making mean today, from Maximilian Davis’ gorgeous “new renaissance” at Ferragamo to Prada’s slick and intellectual take on the enduring concept of the language of flowers.

With multiple campaigns each making the Top 10, Bottega Veneta and Burberry are both proving that they made the right choice for their new creative director appointments. Meanwhile, Jil Sander’s securing of two Top 10 campaigns is proof of the consistent excellence of creative director couple Lucie and Luke Meier and their brilliant eye for photographic collaborations.
