DKNY continues its celebration of New York City and the distinctly stylish individuals who call it home with its new Fall 2023 campaign by photographer Dan Martensen.

Starring a cast of models and musicians, each of whom have a unique connection to the city, the campaign draws inspiration from street photography as it finds its characters in moments of movement and urban connection. Painting the irrepressible energy of New York as the perfect backdrop for the collection’s contemporary take on wearable classics, Martensen’s compositions feel both universal in their sense that the city has something to offer everyone, but distinct in their sensitivity to the distinct persona of each individual.

The campaign is a nice continuation of the brand’s Spring campaign from earlier this year, which took a similar approach in using New York as a dynamic setting for style expression. It also smartly updates the tagline from last season, arriving at “DKNY For You” to express the brand’s dual message of individuality and community.
