Italian design house Forte_Forte has opened a stunning and sublime first flagship in Milan at 1 Via Ponte Vetero.
The project curated by Robert Vattilana and Giada Forte focused on the houses philosophy of transmitting the warmth of the human touch to give the boutique and organic and warm feel. Travertine marbles in open and closed grain are complemented by brass displays that read as if drawn freehand from an artist. The porthole window changing rooms are designed to emulate the feel of quilted velvet lined train compartments. Pebbles create a mineral lace texture over the stairs are complemented by the duos private collection of personal artwork including a drawing of a woman by Didier Mahieu, a Bitoshi Ceramic designed by Aldo Londi and other unique objects.
