In any city, there are the ‘Other’ designers, those without the means to create grandiose stage productions and don’t have teams of hundreds working on the development of their collections. The Impression is a fan of the underdogs as in many ways we are one ourselves. Thus we love to celebrate the ingenuity and plain hard work of those design houses operating with less means.
Paris is the home to some dramatic creativity and in many ways the highlight of the fashion month offering mouth-watering collections packed with creativity that inspires. This season was no different.
Once again Julien Dossena of Paco Rabanne stole our hearts offering a stunning Magical Mystery Tour mash-up of a collection which deserves a 2nd and third look.
