Everything You Need to Know About Pharrell Williams and Nigo’s Reunion at Louis Vuitton Men’s Show

The Collaborators Partner Once Again for the LV Collection Debuting at Paris Men’s Week

Pharrell Williams is teaming up once again with his long-term collaborator Nigo. The pair is preparing to reveal their fall menswear collection for Louis Vuitton, which will be unveiled in Paris on Tuesday night.

Williams has been hinting at the collaboration on social media, culminating in an official announcement by the brand via Instagram. The promotional imagery captures Williams and Nigo surrounded by a vibrant array of bags, colorful varsity jackets, and sneakers, all framed by a fisheye lens.

This reunion is significant in their careers, both having a deep history in streetwear, including founding the labels Billionaire Boys Club and Icecream in 2003, and their earlier work on the Millionaires 1.0 sunglasses for Louis Vuitton in 2004. Their efforts have been pivotal in bridging streetwear with high fashion.

In addition to their upcoming show, which will be livestreamed at 8 p.m. local time, the duo will co-host a dinner on Wednesday to celebrate the latest sale by Joopiter, the auction platform launched by Williams in 2022. Nigo, a serial fashion entrepreneur, continues to influence the industry beyond his roots with A Bathing Ape, now serving as creative director for Kenzo and overseeing Uniqlo’s UT range. He has also engaged Pharrell as an advisor for his brand Human Made, strengthening their professional bond.

The pair’s collaboration under Louis Vuitton, which follows Nigo’s earlier work with the late Virgil Abloh on a 2020 capsule collection, marks another high-profile venture in their storied partnership.
