Exploring the Iconic Milan Residence and the Timeless Charm of Medusa, Barocco, and Greca Designs

Versace has opened the doors of its original Milan residence, the Palazzo Versace Atelier at Via Gesù 12, for Milan Design Week’s Salone del Mobile. The exhibition offers a glimpse into the latest Versace Home collection and shares the rich cultural and design narratives of the Palazzo through a bespoke audio experience titled Versace Home: If These Walls Could Talk. Palazzo Versace offers visitors a fully immersive experience into the Versace lifestyle. Each room, meticulously curated into living, dining, and sleeping areas, showcases the luxurious Versace Home 2024 collection. From the central courtyard featuring Versace Ceramics Gemstone flooring to the glass house, guests are enveloped in Versace’s signature opulence.

Produced and distributed by Luxury Living Group, the Versace Home collection spotlights iconic Versace motifs such as the Medusa, Barocco, and Greca. These symbols, synonymous with the brand’s identity, adorn furniture, lighting, textiles, and more. Standout pieces include the Medusa ’95 Conversation Sofa and La Medusa Armchairs, each embodying Versace’s extravagant yet timeless aesthetic. As visitors explore the Versace Home display, they are treated to an audio experience crafted in collaboration with Milan’s independent radio station, Radio Raheem. Titled Versace Home: If These Walls Could Talk, the audio journey shares anecdotes and pivotal moments from the Palazzo’s history, offering insights into its significance in the fashion and cultural landscape.

In line with its commitment to innovation and inclusivity, Versace supports emerging talent through the Fashion Trust U.S. (FTUS) Awards. The ceremony, hosted during Milan Design Week, recognizes promising designers across categories such as Ready-to-Wear, Jewelry, Accessories, and Graduate Awards.

The Versace Home 2024 collection, a collaboration with Luxury Living Group, presents a range of design themes, from the revival of the Medusa ’95 to classic motifs like La Medusa and La Greca. Each piece exemplifies Versace’s dedication to luxury craftsmanship and timeless elegance. Versace’s Palazzo Versace Atelier serves as a testament to the brand’s rich heritage and ongoing commitment to innovation. Through collaborations with Luxury Living Group and the FTUS Awards, Versace continues to shape the future of design while celebrating its illustrious past.
