Shin’s chromatic and dynamic photographs evoke the thrill of high speeds. The collection itself exudes Ferrari energy without directly translating the metal and muscle of the vehicles themselves; instead, it conjures up the feeling of high-octane aerodynamics through a layered use of silhouette, fold, and draping. Worn by characters who unite provocative glances with propulsive motion, whom Shin sees with a distinct and captivating eye, these looks promise both a cocoon of luxury and a vessel of forward power.
