The Armani/Casa Residences Are Created in Partnership with Local Developers in Pompano Beach
The Armani Group has partnered with premier local real estate developers in the construction of a residential development at Pompano Beach, Florida. The development is projected to have 28 residential units.
Giorgio Armani expressed his enthusiasm for the project saying, “This new residential project, the third in the United States, is one of the most exclusive of those I have carried out to date. I found the integration between the architecture, the natural landscape and the ocean particularly inspiring, and I was excited about the possibility of working for a demanding clientele, being able to convey my vision with complete freedom.”
The Armani/Casa Residences, an oceanfront construction located at 1550 North Ocean Boulevard, will feature two distinctive towers with each floor accommodating a single large-scale apartment that offers a 360-degree view. The G3 Architecture studio is responsible for the design, and the landscape project will be led by West 8 firm.
Tomas Sinisterra from SP Developments, among the real estate developers involved, expressed his anticipation of the collaboration with Giorgio Armani. “We’re excited to partner with renowned fashion designer Giorgio Armani as he expands his brand of luxury condos,” he said. Other collaborators on the project include Vertical Developments, WellDuo and GCF Development.
The new development, according to Sinisterra, introduces a unique standard of elegance to Pompano Beach, transforming it into a premier destination for those seeking refined condominium living and exceptional design. The reserve of condos is scheduled to begin this fall.
Armani has previously executed two more residential projects in Miami and New York in 2016 and last month. The later project is located inside a new building on the corner of East 65th Street and 760 Madison Avenue that also homes the new Giorgio Armani and Armani/Casa boutiques and an Armani/Ristorante.
The Armani/Casa interior design studio has overseen residential projects in several cities such as Rio De Janeiro, London, Dubai, Beijing, Tel Aviv, Manila, Mumbai, and Istanbul. Giorgio Armani first ventured into the interior design business over two decades ago.
Armani’s first hotel was established in Dubai in 2010 in the Burj Khalifa followed by another in Milan a year later. Both properties were a collaboration with Dubai-based developer Emaar Properties PJSC. An Armani Hotel will also rise in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, scheduled for completion in 2026.
