The former Bottega Veneta communications director takes the reins as Loewe strengthens its executive team ahead of Paris Fashion Week
Loewe has elevated Thierry Conrad Reutenauer to chief marketing officer, less than four months after he joined the Spanish luxury house as global communications director. In his new role, Conrad Reutenauer will oversee an expansive portfolio including art direction, brand and product marketing, communications, events, editorial content, social media, and VIP relations. His promotion marks a clear strategic move as Loewe continues to define its identity under American designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, who are preparing for their second runway show on March 6 during Paris Fashion Week.
Conrad Reutenauer brings a robust background in luxury communications, having previously served as global communications director at Bottega Veneta in Milan and as PR, events, and celebrities director at Chloé in Paris from 2014 to 2020. Earlier in his career, he honed his expertise at Karla Otto in Paris and holds a degree in media, corporate communications, and institutional affairs from the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. His swift rise within Loewe signals the brand’s commitment to integrating communications and marketing at the highest level.
With Conrad Reutenauer now on Loewe’s executive committee, the house is positioning itself for a cohesive and amplified strategy across marketing and communications. While a successor for the global communications director role has not yet been announced, his appointment underscores the brand’s broader ambitions, coinciding with the unveiling of Loewe’s second Casa flagship on Rue Saint-Honoré—a milestone reflecting both expansion and creative evolution in the heart of Paris.
