Maleck to oversee HR for Group HQ and Other Activities as LVMH continues internal personnel changes

LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has named Amina Maleck as Chief Human Resources Officer of its Group Headquarters and Other Activities division, marking the latest move in a series of internal leadership adjustments across the organization.
Maleck will report to Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, Chief Human Resources Officer of LVMH Group, and succeeds Claire de Coincy, who recently transitioned to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Moët Hennessy, the group’s wines and spirits division.
Her appointment creates a vacancy in her previous role as Chief Human Resources Officer of LVMH Beauty, with the company indicating that a successor will be announced in due course.
In her new position, Maleck will oversee human resources across Group HQ and the Other Activities division, a broad portfolio that spans culture, media, hospitality, and savoir-faire, and intersects with all of LVMH’s business sectors.
Maleck brings more than two decades of experience within the group. A graduate of La Sorbonne with a master’s degree in employment law, and CELSA with a master’s degree in human resources, she began her career at Louis Vuitton in 2001 within the HR department. Over the years, she has held a range of cross-functional and operational roles across multiple business units.
In 2022, she joined LVMH’s group HR division as Vice President of Talent Development before moving to the beauty division in 2024, where she further expanded her leadership scope.
“Amina has consistently championed talent development and organizational effectiveness as key drivers of performance and critical levers to sustain LVMH’s competitive advantage over the long term,” said Alvarez-Pereyre. “I am delighted to see her bring this ambition and her expertise to the Group HQ and Other Activities where she will be essential in shaping the future of our people strategy.”
