Blue Elephant Opens First U.S. Flagship Store

The South Korean eyewear brand enters the U.S. with a 7,000-square-foot Beverly Hills store and exclusive Los Angeles collection

Blue Elephant opened its first U.S. flagship in Beverly Hills on August 13, marking the South Korean eyewear brand’s latest step in its international expansion. Located at 300 N. Beverly Drive, the approximately 7,000-square-foot store brings the brand’s retail concept to the U.S. market while introducing a collection exclusive to Los Angeles.

Set within a restored 1940s building, the flagship preserves the property’s original bowstring truss roof as part of its design. The interior draws on Los Angeles through sculptural forms, archways, tunnel-like structures, warm red carpeting, and imagery inspired by the city’s landscape and architecture.

The Beverly Hills location also introduces the LA Exclusive Collection, comprising 10 eyewear models initially available only at the new store. Across the U.S. assortment, Blue Elephant offers frames at two price points, $49.90 and $69.90, reflecting the brand’s positioning around contemporary design and accessible pricing.

Founded in South Korea in 2019, Blue Elephant has expanded across Korea and Japan and now operates 35 stores across the three markets. The Beverly Hills flagship will serve as a U.S. hub for the brand’s continued expansion, with cultural programming and experiences extending its presence beyond traditional retail.
