Frankies Bikinis and Gigi Hadid celebrate the second drop from their collaborative collection with a nostalgic and bright new campaign for Summer 2022. The campaign was captured by photographer Alana O’Herlihy.

Following up on the first drop in April, the new campaign picks up on the previous one’s theme of Americana innocence, this time tapping into a road-trip and horse-girl aesthetic. Gigi and Frankie themselves are the stars, posing on hoods of retro convertibles or in the hayloft of a barn through the soft, light-filled perspective of O’Herlihy’s lens.

While there is detectable in the collection a theme of infantilization, and the approach to the imagery may play a bit into this perhaps questionable design choice, there’s no doubt that the campaign – in large part due to the presence of Gigi Hadid – and the collection are going to do numbers.
