Loewe Celebrates a Decade of Jonathan Anderson with ‘Crafted World’
Loewe is marking 10 years of Jonathan Anderson’s creative leadership with the launch of Crafted World: Jonathan Anderson’s Loewe, a large-format monograph that chronicles the evolution of the house under his direction. The 636-page retrospective, structured around a loose chronology, presents a richly detailed visual narrative of Anderson’s impact—from his debut Spring/Summer 2015 womenswear collection to the upcoming Spring/Summer 2025 menswear show.
A celebration of both fashion and craftsmanship, Crafted World is an expansive tribute to Anderson’s vision, blending full-bleed photography of his most iconic designs, campaigns, and architectural catwalk sets with glimpses into store interiors, behind-the-scenes moments, and collaborations with artists and artisans. The book explores the dialogue between fashion and craft that has defined Anderson’s tenure, capturing his ability to merge heritage with modernity.
The monograph features contributions from acclaimed writer Zadie Smith, who provides a thoughtful foreword, as well as an in-depth conversation between Anderson and stylist Benjamin Bruno. Additional sections spotlight Loewe’s key artistic collaborators, offering insight into the creative forces that have shaped the brand’s identity over the past decade.
Released as a limited edition, Crafted World is housed in a custom-designed box, finished with interlapping Loewe Anagram embellishments in copper at the corners—a subtle nod to the brand’s commitment to artistry and detail.
Crafted World: Jonathan Anderson’s Loewe will be available for pre-order on loewe.com starting March 21, exclusively for pre-registered customers, before its official release on March 27. The book will also be available through select bookstores and retailers, offering collectors and fashion enthusiasts a chance to own a piece of Loewe’s contemporary history.
