Louis Vuitton Unveils New Women’s Boutique in Miami Design District

Designed around Miami’s coastal atmosphere, the temporary store presents women’s fashion alongside curated contemporary artworks

Louis Vuitton has opened a new Women’s temporary store in the Miami Design District, introducing a resort-inspired retail concept that combines the House’s latest collections with contemporary art, bespoke craftsmanship, and architecture designed to reflect the city’s distinctive coastal character.

Conceived as an immersive destination, the two-level boutique presents Louis Vuitton’s complete Women’s universe, including leather goods, ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories, watches, jewelry, fragrance, hardsided luggage, and publishing. The project reinforces the House’s continued investment in experiential retail while strengthening its presence within one of Miami’s leading luxury destinations.

The interior draws on Louis Vuitton’s signature visual language while embracing the relaxed atmosphere of South Florida. Warm wood finishes, refined display vitrines, soft natural lighting, and a palette of neutral tones create an open, resort-like environment. Custom macramé panels reinterpret the iconic LV flower using nautical rope, while a sculptural central staircase connects the two floors, leading visitors to expansive ready-to-wear and footwear galleries designed by Women’s Artistic Director Nicolas Ghesquière.

Louis Vuitton’s new women’s boutique in Miami Design District features a vibrant, artistic exterior design.

Art plays a central role throughout the boutique. The façade features 2D3D Miami (2026) by Raw-Edges Design Studio, while Whispering Forms (2025), a commissioned work by Alex Proba inspired by Miami’s pastel palette and coastal light, anchors the interior. Additional works by Maia Ruth Lee, Claudia Lavegas, Ara Studio, and Zhou Yilun further integrate contemporary artistic perspectives into the retail environment, reinforcing Louis Vuitton’s longstanding dialogue between fashion, design, and culture.

Alongside its seasonal collections, the boutique presents an exclusive custom Alzer Pyramid installation composed of stacked Louis Vuitton trunks individually hand-painted by House artisans. Inspired by Miami’s tropical landscape and luminous coastline, the installation highlights the craftsmanship that remains central to Louis Vuitton’s identity while offering visitors a bespoke expression unique to the location.

By combining architecture, contemporary art, and the House’s latest Women’s collections, the new Miami Design District boutique transforms traditional retail into a destination that reflects both Louis Vuitton’s heritage and the creative energy of one of its most important global luxury markets.
