The new two-level store continues the house’s international retail expansion through a contemporary interpretation of its visual identity
Missoni has opened a new boutique in Paris at 48 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, marking the Italian house’s return to the French market with a new retail concept centered on materiality, texture, and architectural movement.

The 90-square-meter space unfolds across two levels, designed to create what the brand describes as a fluid and progressive shopping experience. Throughout the boutique, Missoni’s signature visual language is reinterpreted through a more contemporary architectural approach, balancing chromatic surfaces, reflective materials, and dimensional texture.
At the center of the project is a sculptural staircase connecting the two floors. One wall is covered in wallpaper featuring tonal gradients inspired by the maison’s color vocabulary, while the adjacent mirrored surface reflects a three-dimensional metal installation referencing Missoni’s iconic zigzag motif. The interaction between reflection, texture, and light creates a shifting visual environment that echoes the movement historically associated with the brand’s knitwear.
The opening forms part of Missoni’s broader international retail expansion strategy as the house continues strengthening its presence across key luxury markets. Positioned on one of Paris’ most established luxury shopping streets, the boutique signals a renewed focus on physical retail environments as immersive expressions of brand identity rather than purely transactional spaces.
