Limited Edition Rugs Now Available Online
On February 23, 2024, the FW24 Sunnei show at cc-tapis’ headquarters featured a 72 sqm striped carpet created in collaboration between the two brands. The positive public reception of this unique piece led to the decision to offer the project to clients: seven rugs featuring the same color combination as the Runway Rug, including the original animal-shaped cutouts.
Manufactured with robotufting technology at cc-tapis’ Milanese prototyping center, the collection is made with Econyl® yarn, an innovative material derived from nylon waste that can be regenerated multiple times. A very limited stock of Sunnei cc-tapis rugs is now available on sunnei.it and the cc-tapis website. These seven styles were unveiled during Milan’s Design Week as part of the CONVEY display, one of the most visited Fuori Salone locations. During the same week, Sunnei hosted a retrospective at its headquarters showcasing the Runway Rug and the entire project.
