Dolce & Gabbana channels bold nocturnal glam with its new eyewear campaign, starring returning brand muse Miley Cyrus lensed by photographer Mert Alas.
The simple yet effective narrative follows Cyrus – occasionally joined by her boy toy – in the liminal space of a car’s backseat as she travels from one destination to another. The bold-and-white styling and graphic atmosphere of the passing cityscape serve to powerfully set off the angular and bold character of the eyewear designs, which gain further impact through the star’s poised energy and the subtly suggestive dynamics.
