Bulgari Names Monica Barbaro as North America Ambassador
Monica Barbaro has been appointed as Bulgari’s ambassador for North America, representing the brand for the jewelry and watch categories in the region. The Rome-based house has chosen the actress following her record-breaking performance in “Top Gun: Maverick” alongside Tom Cruise and Miles Teller.
Barbaro is set to star in the upcoming James Mangold biopic “A Complete Unknown,” playing the role of Joan Baez opposite Timothée Chalamet as Bob Dylan. Additionally, she is currently filming the second season of Netflix’s series “Fubar,” which was a highly popular original series upon its debut in 2023.
In a statement, Barbaro expressed her excitement about joining the Bulgari family, stating, “I am honored to join the Bulgari family, representing a brand I have long admired for its craftsmanship and passion for creativity. I have watched Bulgari evolve over time while remaining true to its heritage, and I am excited to be a part of this incredible story.”
As an ambassador, Barbaro will not only grace the red carpet on behalf of the brand but will also be involved in brand initiatives and launches throughout the year. She joins other global Bulgari ambassadors like Zendaya, Anne Hathaway, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Shu Qi.
