CEO introduces new brand leadership structure to fuel growth

Since stepping in as CEO of Victoria’s Secret & Co. last September, Hillary Super has finalized her leadership team, signaling a fresh chapter for the lingerie company.
The restructured organization will now include three brand presidents, each reporting directly to Super. It’s a move designed to streamline operations and differentiate the company’s various labels.
“Creating dedicated brand leadership roles is a recognition of the progress we’ve made and the extraordinary potential still ahead for us,” Super told WWD in a statement. “We are working from a position of strength, and I believe evolving our organization to further differentiate our iconic brands and deepen our emotional connection to our customers will supercharge our growth.”
The changes come on the heels of Super’s “Path to Potential” strategy, which outlines renewed focus on Pink, expansion in beauty, sport, and swim, and a revamped go-to-market approach.
