Crystal Saffron Extrait de Parfum highlights saffron oil from Greece, paired with myrrh oil from Somalia. Describing the new blend, Matiere Premiere’s Founder and Creative Perfumer Aurélien Guichard stated, “Myrrh brings a round richness to the radiant, vibrant aspects of Crystal Saffron.”
Santal Austral Extrait de Parfum focuses on organic sandalwood oil from Australia, with the added intensity of black cardamom absolute from Nepal. “This exclusive black cardamom adds a smoky, woody dimension to Santal Austral, taking it into spicier, more vibrant territories,” said Guichard.
Encens Suave Extrait de Parfum incorporates resin incense from Somalia, enhanced by a rich amber note. Guichard shared, “I wanted to amplify the warm richness of Encens Suave with this amber, reminiscent of resins used in classic French perfumery.”
Falcon Leather Extrait de Parfum features birch tar from Finland, complemented by Oud Assafi oil from Bangladesh. Guichard described the Oud as “incredibly deep and rich, adding warmth and emphasizing the leathery aspect of Falcon Leather.”
Radical Rose Extrait de Parfum is crafted from rose centifolia absolute, sourced from organically grown roses by Matiere Premiere. It includes immortelle absolute from Croatia. “Immortelle adds a deeper, darker aspect to the rose, with a pronounced mineral and salt character,” Guichard explained.
