Elis Kiss to Lead Vogue Greece’s Print, Digital, and Event Platforms
Elis Kiss, who has been Vogue Greece’s fashion features director since March 2019, takes on the lead position as the new Editor-in-Chief. This role includes overseeing Vogue Greece’s print version, published with Kathimerini daily newspaper’s Sunday edition, the vogue.gr website, social media platforms, the Change Makers international fashion conference, and other events.
Kiss has appeared on TV and written articles for Greek and international publications. Prior to joining the Kathimerini media organization, where she has also been a contributing editor to its K magazine and a former arts editor at Kathimerini English Edition, Kiss started her career at the International Herald Tribune. There, she served as an assistant to journalist and fashion critic Suzy Menkes. Her work has also been featured in various prestigious platforms, highlighting her versatility and broad industry knowledge.
Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, Kiss studied at the University of Kent and the University of Bologna. As Vogue Greece’s fashion features director, she has covered the fashion and luxury industries, keeping a keen eye on Greek designers and companies. Her dedication to showcasing Greek talent has been a notable aspect of her career, providing a platform for local designers to gain international recognition.
