Taking its cue from the wave of nautical and maritime inspiration that washes over Zimmermann’s delicate and feminine aesthetic for the collection, the campaign undertakes a journey of dreamy seaside bliss. Shot at Calella de Palafrugell in the northeastern coast of Spain, Horne’s photographs find model Grace Elizabeth exploring the town’s harbors, coves, and narrow cobblestoned streets as she basks in the summer sun.
The accompanying short film puts these portraits in motion, the breeze tousling Elizabeth’s short hair and the collection’s flowing designs to the sound of sunny, reverb-drenched surf guitars.
Zimmermann’s campaign communications are nothing if not consistent, always serving as a window into an idealized dreamworld of feminine luxury.
This latest campaign is no exception, putting a sunny twist on the familiar formula to sweep us away into an aspirational world of vacation bliss.
