For one night only during FIAC art fair, Rick Owens was given carte blanche of Paris’s National Museum of Modern Art.
Last night at the FIAC, the friends of the Center Pompidou gave carte blanche to designer Rick Owens for a unique performance at the National Museum of Modern Art, followed by an evening on the top floor of the Pompidou Center.
Articulated in three stages, the event began at 9:30 pm with a visit to the exhibition “Bacon in all letters” with a drink at the Restaurant Le Georges, before giving way to a performance imagined by Rick Owens.

The third edition of You x Art x Center Pompidou gathered more than 1300 guests and the evening was organized by the association of friends of the Center Pompidou, a non-profit organization that for over a hundred years has been a major supporter for national collections. Ticket sales from the festivity will be used to purchase major works for the National Museum of Modern Art – Center Pompidou.
