Louis Vuitton Elevates K-pop Connection, Appointing Riize as Newest Brand Ambassadors
In a move that underscores the ever-growing influence of K-pop in the fashion realm, Louis Vuitton has announced South Korean boy band Riize as its latest house ambassadors. The group, comprising Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Sohee, and Anton, has quickly made a mark in the fashion world with their trendsetting and confident style.

Their ambassadorship with Louis Vuitton, a prestigious luxury brand known for its rich history and innovative designs, marks a significant milestone not only for Riize but also for the integration of pop culture and high fashion. The members, in their first images for the brand, are seen sporting the pre-spring 2024 collection, which includes monogram printed denim, bomber jackets, printed reversible fleece vests, and cargo pants.
Louis Vuitton’s decision to collaborate with Riize, just three months post their debut, highlights the brand’s strategy to engage with South Korean talent actively. This move follows the brand’s successful partnerships with other Korean icons like BTS, the first group to be collectively signed as ambassadors in April 2021, and girl group Le Sserafim, who joined the house last month.
The appointment of Riize aligns with Louis Vuitton’s broader initiative to strengthen its presence in South Korea’s vibrant luxury market. This was notably evident in the brand’s monumental women’s pre-fall show in Seoul last April, which transformed the Jamsugyo Bridge into a spectacular runway.
Despite being early in their career with only three songs to their name, Riize has captured the hearts of many. Their debut single “Get a Guitar” achieved impressive sales, crossing over 1 million copies in the first week. The group, which also includes former NCT members Shotaro and Sungchan, has quickly amassed a strong following on social media, boasting millions of followers on Instagram and TikTok.
As Louis Vuitton continues to bridge high fashion with contemporary music and pop culture, the collaboration with Riize is poised to add a fresh, dynamic edge to the brand.
