Marie Adam-Leenaerdt, Pauline Dujancourt, Anthony Calydon, and Phileo are among this year’s winners, with Alexandre Mattiussi mentoring the top laureates
ANDAM has announced the winners of its 2026 Fashion Awards, honoring a new generation of designers and innovators with financial support and yearlong mentorships aimed at accelerating their international growth.

Selected by a 31-member jury chaired by Ami Paris founder Alexandre Mattiussi, this year’s winners presented their creative and business strategies during individual pitches at Institut Français de la Mode in Paris. Belgian designer Marie Adam-Leenaerdt received the 2026 ANDAM Grand Prize, accompanied by a €300,000 award, while Pauline Dujancourt earned the Special Prize and a €100,000 grant. Both designers will be mentored over the coming year by Mattiussi, who himself won the ANDAM Grand Prize in 2013.
Anthony Calydon received the Pierre Bergé Prize, also worth €100,000, with mentorship from WSN CEO Frédéric Maus focused on commercial development, product strategy, and international growth. The Accessories Prize was awarded to footwear label Phileo, which will receive €100,000 alongside guidance from Lacoste Creative Director Pelagia Kolotouros.
In innovation, French startup ALPHALYR won the ANDAM Fashion Innovation Award for its AI-powered data analytics platform designed to optimize supply chains, retail, and ecommerce performance. A Special Innovation Prize was also presented to PILI, whose bio-based dyes and pigments produced through microbial fermentation offer a renewable alternative to petrochemical colorants.
Beyond financial support, the winners will receive tailored mentorship from a broad network of industry partners including Bureau Betak, Instagram, Galeries Lafayette, Karla Otto, OTB, WSN, Première Classe, and the Maison des Savoir-Faire et de la Création. During the awards ceremony, hosted by French Minister of Culture Catherine Pégard, each laureate was presented with a crystal trophy designed by Alexandre Mattiussi and crafted by Swarovski, reinforcing ANDAM’s longstanding mission of supporting the future of fashion through creativity, business development, and craftsmanship.
